Our Services

Seven disciplines, one integrated craft

Every service below can stand alone, but they are designed to compose together — so a migration becomes an architecture review, and an automation project becomes the foundation of a larger system.

Custom Computer Systems Design

Off-the-shelf software assumes an average business. Yours is not average. We design bespoke computer systems — specifying the hardware, operating layers, application components, and data stores as a single coherent design — so the technology mirrors your actual operating model instead of forcing your team to work around it.

Each design engagement produces a complete specification: component diagrams, interface contracts, capacity models, failure-mode analysis, and a total-cost projection covering build, run, and eventual retirement. Clients use these blueprints to build with us, with their own teams, or to evaluate vendor proposals with a critical eye.

Typical outcomes include client intake platforms, internal operations consoles, scheduling and dispatch engines, and data processing pipelines that replace fragile spreadsheet empires.

Systems Integration

Most organizations already own good tools — the problem is that the tools do not talk to each other. We design and build the connective tissue: APIs, message queues, event streams, and scheduled synchronization jobs that keep every system reading from the same truth.

Our integration work begins with a data-ownership map that declares which system is authoritative for each entity — customers, orders, invoices, inventory — and then engineers the flows that keep everything else in step. The result is the end of double entry, reconciliation spreadsheets, and the quiet data drift that corrupts reports over time.

We integrate CRMs, ERPs, accounting suites, e-commerce platforms, telephony, and industry-specific line-of-business applications, on-premises and in the cloud.

Enterprise Software Architecture

Architecture is the set of decisions that are expensive to change later. We help leadership make those decisions deliberately: modularity boundaries, data ownership, identity and access models, observability strategy, and the standards that keep a growing software estate coherent.

Deliverables include reference architectures, decision records that capture the reasoning behind each choice, and governance guardrails that let teams move fast without fragmenting the platform. We favor boring, proven technology and document everything so the system outlives any single engineer — including us.

IT Infrastructure Consulting

Networks, servers, storage, endpoints, and the identity layer that binds them — we assess, redesign, and modernize the physical and virtual foundation your systems stand on. Our assessments cover performance, resilience, security posture, and cost, and always end with a prioritized remediation roadmap rather than an overwhelming findings dump.

We design for graceful failure: redundant paths where downtime is expensive, honest degradation where it is not, and monitoring that tells you about problems before your customers do. Capacity plans come with growth triggers, so infrastructure spending follows evidence rather than anxiety.

Workflow Automation

We shadow your team, map every manual step, and separate the work into what machines should do, what humans must decide, and what should not be done at all. Then we automate the first category with auditable pipelines and build clean decision interfaces for the second.

Automations ship with logging, alerting, and kill switches by default. Typical results include automated invoice processing, document generation and routing, approval chains with escalation rules, data validation at entry points, and scheduled reporting that assembles itself. Clients routinely recover twenty to forty percent of staff time previously lost to repetitive handling.

Cloud Migration

We treat migration as an engineering program, not a weekend cutover. The work starts with a full dependency inventory and a disposition for every workload — rehost, replatform, refactor, retire, or retain — followed by landing-zone design with network topology, identity federation, and cost governance built in from the first day.

Migrations proceed in waves, each with rollback plans and success criteria agreed in advance. After cutover we right-size resources, tune autoscaling, and transfer runbooks to your team. The goal is never simply to be in the cloud — it is to leave you with lower risk, clearer costs, and infrastructure that finally matches how the business breathes.

Technical Advisory

Sometimes what an organization needs most is a senior, independent engineer in the room. Our advisory practice supports boards, executives, and investors with vendor and build-versus-buy evaluations, technical due diligence for acquisitions, architecture reviews of existing estates, security posture assessments, and multi-year technology roadmaps.

Advisory engagements are fixed-scope and written in plain language. We tell you what we would do with our own money, what it would cost, and what we deliberately left out — including, when it is the honest answer, the advice to change nothing at all.

Not sure which service fits?

Most engagements blend several disciplines. Describe the problem in your own words and we will propose the smallest scope that solves it properly.
